• The email address or phone number you sign in with
• Roughly when the design was made, and the mode and style you chose
• The exact error message, or what happened instead

Credits and payments

Credits for failed designs are returned automatically. If a credit is missing or a payment did not add credits, write to us with the date of the purchase.

Delete your photos

Delete any design, or a room photo with all of its designs, from My Designs. Deleted files are removed from our storage straight away. If you cannot sign in, write to us from the email linked to your account.
