Terms of Service
The terms for using AI Room Design, including accounts, credits, refunds and use of AI-generated designs.
Last updated
These terms apply to your use of AI Room Design. By using the site, you agree to them.
Accounts
You need an account to generate designs. Keep your sign-in details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. The free trial of 2 designs is available once per person.
Credits
One design uses one credit, and the cost is shown before you start. Credits from a technically failed or timed-out design are returned automatically. A design that completes but does not match your taste is not refunded. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription. Free trial credits expire after 30 days; purchased credits do not expire.
Your photos
Only upload photos you have the right to use, such as rooms you own, rent or have permission to photograph. Do not upload photos of people or anything unlawful. You keep all rights to your photos and give us permission to process them to create your designs.
Designs
You may use designs you create for personal or commercial purposes, such as a property listing. Label them as AI-generated or virtually staged where required. Designs are concepts and may differ from what can be built; they are not professional advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site for unlawful purposes, to mislead others about a property, to create multiple accounts for free credits, or in a way that disrupts or overloads the service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Intellectual property
The site's design, text and software belong to AI Room Design. You may not copy or resell them without permission.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. AI results vary and we cannot guarantee a particular outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including decisions or purchases made based on a design.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
