How AI Room Design handles your room photos, designs, account and usage information.

This policy explains what information AI Room Design handles when you use the site. In short, room photos you submit are stored privately in your account and used only to create your designs.
Information we collect
Room photos and designs. Choosing a photo and settings happens in your browser. When you generate a design, the photo (scaled to at most 1536 px), your settings and any note you type are uploaded and stored with your account, together with each design created from it.
Account information. To generate designs you sign in with your email, phone number or a social login. We store the details needed to keep you signed in and to track your credit balance and purchases.
Usage information. We use Google Analytics and OpenPanel to count page views and basic tool actions, such as choosing a photo, starting a design and downloading it. These events record the mode, style and outcome. They never include your photo, filename or note.
Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard request details, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use information
We use your photos only to create and show your designs. We use account, usage and technical information to run the site, manage credits, fix problems and prevent abuse, including repeated free-trial sign-ups.
Information sharing
We do not sell your information, and your photos are never added to a public gallery. Information is processed only by the service providers needed to run the site: Cloudflare for hosting and storage, APIMart for image generation, which receives your photo and settings to create each design, and Google Analytics and OpenPanel for analytics.
Data retention
Photos and designs are kept while your account is active so you can return to them. Our image generation provider keeps generated images for up to 72 hours before deleting them. You can delete any photo or design at any time from My Designs; deleted files are removed from our storage straight away. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics and OpenPanel.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and photos and designs can only be opened by the signed-in account that created them. No system is completely secure, so keep your account and devices protected.
Cookies
We set a session cookie to keep you signed in. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga to count visits.
Your choices
You can browse the site and prepare a photo without an account. Generating a design requires signing in. You can block or delete analytics cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Changes to this policy
If we change how information is handled, we will update this page and the date at the top.
